These terms apply when you buy a digital product from Travel and Squeak, such as our guides, ebooks and maps.

What you’re buying

Access to a digital product such as a guide, ebook or map. What’s included and how it’s delivered is described on the product page. Digital products are delivered by email as a downloadable file, which may contain a link to online content. You need a device with an internet connection, and you may need a free account with a third party, such as Google, to open or save some products.

Price and payment

The price shown at checkout is the total you pay, in pounds sterling. Payments are taken by Stripe, and we never see or store your card details. Your order is complete when you receive our confirmation email.

Delivery

We email you a link to download your PDF straight after payment. If it hasn’t arrived within an hour, check your spam folder, then email us.

Your right to cancel

You normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase. At checkout, you ask us to give you immediate access, and you agree that you lose your right to cancel once we’ve sent you your download link. After that, we can’t give refunds if you change your mind.

If something’s wrong

Digital products must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If your PDF or map won’t open, or isn’t as described, email us, and we’ll fix or replace it. If we can’t, we’ll refund you or reduce the price. This doesn’t affect your legal rights.

How you can use it

Your purchase is for your personal use only. Please don’t share, copy or resell it. We may withdraw access if you do.

Updates and Google

Some products rely on third-party services, such as Google Maps, which we don’t control. We may update or correct our products over time. If a third party changes something and your product stops working, email us, and we’ll help or refund you. Prices, opening times and routes change, so check before you go. Our Terms of Use and Disclaimer also apply.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere, your local consumer rights still apply, and if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can bring a claim in your local courts.
