Travel Vietnam
Welcome to Vietnam!
A country of astounding natural beauty and rich history, diverse landscapes and age-old traditions. Vietnam is both alluring and complex and will leave a lasting impression on anyone that visits.
There’s more than enough variety on offer in Vietnam. Head to Hanoi, where crossing the road in between the tsunami of motorbikes becomes a game of life and death. Cruise amongst the towering limestone islands looming out of the hauntingly beautiful Halong Bay. Trek through endless fields of rice paddies between hill tribe villages in Sapa. Crawl through the Cu Chi tunnels as you learn about the horrors of the Vietnam War.
Everywhere you go you’ll see remnants of Vietnam’s history sprawled across the country. Hoi An is a living museum with Indian, Japanese, Chinese and European architecture lining the streets from its days as a trading-port. War museums and memorials provide an insight into what happened during the war. In Hanoi, take a stroll down the tree-lined boulevards past grand state buildings dating back to the French colonial period.
Nothing comes close in competition to Vietnam’s cuisine. There’s a reason it’s famous the world over! Perch on a stool by the side of the road in Hanoi with your face over a steaming bowl of pho, or sit by the Thu Bon River in Hoi An eating delicious parcels of white rose dumplings. For a grab-and-go lunch, try a sensational Banh mi.
